These terms govern your use of ACConnx, operated by HJS Contracts Ltd. By using our service, you agree to these terms.
We connect you with up to 3 local air conditioning installers. We do not guarantee quotes or installation quality. Always verify contractor credentials.
Credits are non-refundable. Leads are matched by postcode area. We do not guarantee lead quality or conversion. You are responsible for your own sales process.
Contractors must hold all legally required certifications for air conditioning work in the UK, including a valid F-Gas certificate for handling fluorinated greenhouse gases. ACConnx collects F-Gas certificate numbers during registration but does not independently verify them. Customers are advised to request proof of certification before engaging any contractor.
ACConnx accepts no liability for work carried out by contractors who do not hold valid certifications. It is the contractor's sole responsibility to ensure they are legally qualified and insured to perform the work they quote for.
HJS Contracts Ltd is not liable for disputes between customers and contractors. We are a matching service only. We do not verify contractor qualifications, insurance, or certifications beyond collecting self-declared information.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of new terms.
